2023 Open Circle Programme - Waiting List
Open Circle is for Secondary School (11-16yrs) only
All the places for our Open Circle 2023 programme have currently been filled. Please complete the form below if you would like to be added to our waiting list. As soon as a place opens up our administrator will get in touch with you.
Our sessions are held at Ark Victoria Academy, Talbot Way, Small Heath, Birmingham, B10 0HJ
Sessions are held on Saturdays 11.30AM – 2.15PM. Times may occasionally vary for our youth hubs/recreational activities, but you will be informed of any changes with prior notice. A list of our holiday dates will be emailed to you upon successful registration
Our programme is for ages 11-16 (Secondary School Only)
At Open circle, we require youth to attend regularly. This will enable us to build positive relationships and allow them to build their confidence. If, however you cannot attend we require you to inform us by sending a text message to our admin number (07421783496) before 11am. Failure to do this will result in the absence being recorded as an unauthorised absence. If we record more than 3 unauthorised absences will result in you losing your place on the programme
We advise youth arrive between 11.15AM and 11.25AM. This will ensure a prompt start to the first session. Arriving late causes major disruption to the timetable and results in losing valuable session time. Doors will be closed at 11.45AM and youth arriving after this time will be turned away. Consistent late attendance will be recorded and flagged, and may result in losing your place on the programme
We require the payment of a non-refundable £20 registration fee to secure your place (per youth). This will cover administration costs. Those who have registered onto previous years of Open Circle will have to re-register and pay the registration fee.
Open Circle will be introducing a nominal non-refundable monthly fee of £15/month per young person. This will help offset the projects various and increasing costs as we look to develop, grow and establish this community endeavour for years to come. Consistently missing or delaying payment may result in losing your place on the programme
Upon successful registration onto the programme, an agreement form will be emailed out for completion by both the registered youth and parent/guardian. This must be returned to us prior to attending the first session.
